No... As in previously. Like Chrome, Phantom and Raven was originally from Northern but they didn't like being Omega so they were angry with their pack for looking down at them. So as long as Emmanuel wasn't from Northern, he can be a Southern Pack spy.

Nope. Only one beta. Gracesong is the beta of Southern Pack.

Beta - The second highest ranking wolf of the pack. This position is normally for one wolf but sometimes there may be two of them. They help take charge of the pack when the alpha is not around.

Err ya but it's a rare case of having two betas. So I was thinking that we can only have a second beta when all the ranks of the pack has been filled in. Get what I mean? After all what's the point of so many betas when you don't even have enough members in your pack?
