Character Analysis Empty Character Analysis

Post by Sunny Snow Sun May 13, 2012 3:26 pm

We have 3 currently active other roleplays (I'm not counting Supermoon because the date is over) and that newcomers come in and are confused by what's going on and thus, unable to join... Maybe we have a sort of Character Analysis where you put up your character sheets for Other Roleplays.

Example~

Title of the topic: *Title of Roleplay* - *Character name*
Appearance: (for werewolves, put 2 - human and wolf)
Personality:
Siblings:
Best Friend:
Girlfriend/Boyfriend: (Because I realize a lot of people have in werewolf roleplay)
Friends:
History:
Others: (example for the mage, put your powers here)

Do you mean we would have a place in the character sheets about our RPG characters? it would be kind of confusing...

Character Analysis Empty Re: Character Analysis

Actually, I think this is a good idea for this site, particularly with it being an RP site. In the past I did something similar to this on another site where I was able to encode what we named the "Character Sheet" and attached it the the profiles of each member where they placed things such as their attack power, name, descriptions, and background information so I am well aware that something like this is possible without making it too complicated for everyone. Wink thank you for the tip and I'll look into this as well as add a few other things in for the site just because. Hope you all enjoy the new features yet to come.

I understand now, and it seems like a good idea.
Could we make a topic as the name of the roleplay for each one then have the joined members make a post telling about their character? Like...

Topic title *Title of RPG* Characters
Topic post will be whoever made the RP- their character
Then each member particioating in the rp will post once on the topic about their character?

Like instead of making a bunch of character sheets, create the topic for all the character sheets for one roleplay.
So lets say the topic is Into the Wild RP character sheets. Then everyone participating in that RP would make a sheet for their character and post it under that topic.
