A twin can be born on different hour. (1359 & 1401)
A twin can be born on different days (10/09 2359 & 11/09 0001)
A twin can be born on different weeks (Saturday 2359 & Sunday 0001)
A twin can be born on different months (31/07 2359 & 01/08 0001)
A twin can be born in different years (31/12/1995 2359 & 01/01/1996)
Similarly, a twin can be born in different decades, century and millenia.
By the way...
Did you know, people born on 1995-1999 have live through 3 decades, 2 century, 2 millenia and are not even 18 yet?

...Really? Is it possible for twins to not look exactly the same, but a lot a like?

The Magister: Twin sister? That's totally cool. I have a younger sister and it was she who told me this about a few months back and I didn't have anyway of sharing until now. 
Gracesong: I think so, if one is fatter. Just kidding. My neighbours are twin and they look rather alike but there are ways of telling them apart still. They are still 5 though so I don't know what else will change when they grow.
